I feel good. In fact, I feel great! I cannot think of the last time I was actually angry or sad. It’s all behind me now. I truly forget what those feelings feel like. It’s like ‘Poof~they’re gone!

No longer do I need to think before I speak. Now I just flow along emitting sparks of energy as I express my true self.

I do ask my Higher-Self for guidance. Sometimes you think you are caught up in the moment when actually you are comparing what you are currently receiving to last experiences. Not realizing that your missing The Moment.

Have you ever been with someone and all the noise outside of you two all but vanishes?

Time doesn’t exist. You are totally there yet here/now. Here is eternal. Every breathe is taken here/now.

Live it. Dwell within it.

There is no past. Just here/now.

No future. Here/now.

With each long sip of the nectar, you grow.

It really doesn’t take that long for it to become not only a habit, it becomes just plain natural. It is truly wonderful.

Well, this here/now is about over for me.

Can’t wait to see what happens next!
